I think you meant this solution:
Error: Failed to start launcher exit status - 1073741515 or 3221225781
Fix: Download and install https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe Visual C++ 20015-19 x86 redist. Then relaunch the launcher.

However this doenst fix the problem. Il be stuck in the same situation.

Ive downloaded Plutonium via your guide but the game wont start.
The 1st time when i pressed play in the launcher it gave me a error.
However when i did this for the 2nd time it only shows this:
Loading fastfile: code_pre_gfx_mp (0x1 | 0x0)
Loading fastfile: localized_code_pre_gfx_mp (0x1 | 0x0)
bound socket to localhost:27016

However the game doesnt start and all i have is the bootstrapper.
I even checked my antivirus but thats all fine
Does someone know how to fix this?
