Now that what happens , please help

Hey , Please help , I'm trying to mod my server and i encountered these issues :

• I dont know how I load aaaall my mods into 1 gsc file
• I try to make my self admin-privilaged in-game in case an annoying player joined but i cant find any tutorial for that
• I dont know from where to download the bank mod where you type .deposit and .withdraw

So i have the game with all dlcs and i want to download only the plutonium client how i can do that ?
