Well if you mean ban a player in the chat, you can type !report (player), will send a message to the owner of the server that he was BLA BLA BLA, the owner will ban that player.
otherwise you need to show a clip/video in whatever plataform, so can the admins realize that player is cheating BOOM banned account. Keep that in mind
