The unaccompanied minimum cost on Delta Air Lines is $150 roundtrip (plus tax). The cost must be reimbursed in US dollars. In any case, if you are departing from Canada or Europe, the Delta Unaccompanied Minor Fee will be made in either Canadian or Euro currency. The fee will apply to both domestic and international travel on scheduled and related flights within the US. In addition to the burden, there will be a $150 charge for unaccompanied minor aid.
