you have to add your own images over with the same picture size make it a dds file then convert it to an iwi that works with bo2 then change the iwi file name to the same name as the texture file you want to change
example creating a dds file with the dimensions 64x64 and turning it into an iwi file called "specialty_juggernaut_zombies" will change the juggernaut icon when you buy the perk.
Make sure you put your iwi files in the images folder you created
