ive downloaded everything i have steam mw3 i have the server for pluto i downloaded the dlcs and followed every step and its giving me the same error

i copied the game to my other harddrive im sorry im a editor and didnt want to mess up the actual copy of mw3 or other stuff im new to pc but thanks for the help i really appreciate it
