Plutonium

I only recently downloaded bo2 and plutonium and the bank did not even have the option to withdraw or deposit before adding this. I am guessing I am just doing something wrong as well but I this did not appear to be fixed when my friends and I downloaded the game and ran our servers, even without any changes.
