Can you tell me how, like do i just make a new folder and name it, or do i download it from somewhere?

znchi I Don't have the folder zm_highrise, it may be because I didn't download Bo2 files from plotunium, is there a fix for this?

I only have ranked.gsc in the zm folder, so do I need to have it, or does it run good if I downloaded it in the zm folder?
