ENWIN is a Canadian utility company that provides electricity distribution, water distribution, and wastewater collection services to customers in the City of Windsor, Ontario, Canada. The company was originally known as Windsor Hydro, but it was renamed ENWIN Utilities Ltd. in 2000.

ENWIN is responsible for maintaining and upgrading the electricity distribution system in Windsor, including the operation of 400 km of power lines and 60 substations. The company also manages the city's water distribution system, which includes over 1,000 km of water mains, and the wastewater collection system, which includes 450 km of sewer lines.
