Plutonium

After redownloading all of the files (redoing the entire download process) it still does the same thing.
If its necessary im using a laptop (5070, i9)

When i press play on the plutonium launcher:
The CMD prompt opens but stays blank
The launcher itself closes with no crash message
The CMD prompt then closes itself and then nothing opens

I have tried multiple methods suggested before such as turning off windows defender, re installing the vcredist's and also re installing the directx using the web runtime app
