Go to C:\Users*NAME*\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t5\players and do "CTRL+F".
Search for the following commands and replace each one with the corresponding commands given

Optional Commands (network optimizations):

cl_packetdup "1" or "4" ~ I use 1 but if you play on high ping servers then do 4
If you can reach a stable 125fps do:
com_maxfps "125"
If you can reach ~90fps do:
com_maxfps "90"

If you are really struggling with frames in any game tbh, purchase Lossless Scaling on Steam and run some variation of Up-scaling method like FSR/DLSS to do 720p to 1080p.
