Thats crazy tho that it interferes with DirectX, is there no other way to prevent this other than closing it? I have underclocked my GPU because the fans arent performing that well anymore, and i need MSI to be open otherwise the clock goes back to stock levels...

and why does not having MSI and/or Riva open matter?

Cant go for high rounds if the game keeps freezing...

Does anybody know how to fix this? I keep getting random freezes but i can still hear audio and what not. First i thought it was a too high GPU usage but even going down to damn 30 fps and i still have random freezes.
