I need help with this. i have 2 problems at the same time.

First, when i enter T5 MP to play, it´s always Connecting.... No matter what i do, it is always there. sometimes i enter and exit T5 MP repeatedly and i can play some matches, but the problem always appears.

Second, when i play some matches, and, for example, i level up to level 5 and i don´t want to play anymore, i get out of T5 MP, and later, when i enter, i am level 1.

I´ve been trying to fin a solution to this but it´s impossible to find one. i watched videos, articles, i asked chatgpt, but nothing.

I know these are common errors and i need help
