Cahz omg, other problem, i did the downgrade to windows 7 recently, do you think if i upgrade to the windows 10, the Bo2 will run? i'm playing in a notebook 4gb of ram

Hello, can someone please help me? i have a problem with the startup, i downloaded everything right, the cod bo 2 plutonium.rar and then downloaded plutonium.exe on the official website, played in the folder, downloaded the fix timeout and put it on folder too, but when I go to open this message appears "Failed to start the launcher: exit status 3221225781", can someone help me ?? I really want to play!
