I'm having trouble getting any friend to connect to a custom game. uPnP is enabled, port forwarding is enabled. Plutonium is allowed through my firewall. Have tried joining via friends list and IP. LAN lobbies and public lobbies work normally. I have no idea what the issues could be and just looking for a bit of assistance.
