deathcurz0 i figured out how to fix the problem
for me all i did was turn of sync frames and turned down my frame limit to 30
and after that my game went to normal
and after it went to normal i was able to turn on the fps to normal

when i try and play my player just starts to basically spin when i barley try to turn it makes me look really fast and ive tried the help on the discord and nobody seems to care
