Plutonium

Last night i sat for ages playing Black Ops 2 and ranked from 24 to 38 and when i just came back on to play i was rank 24 again this has happened before and i don't know why can anybody help me?

Update the Servers on Black Ops 2 they are the best ones and keep all the bots in it too
