you need to get the mods.
when you're joining (for example), a server with dust2 map and mod, the mod gets stored in C:\Users\Username\Appdata\Local\Plutonium\storage\t4\mods
you might need to transfer the mod from there onto a server.

Manually censoring it in video editing software will help.
Playing censored version of the game (which is intended for players from Austria and Germany) removes Swastikas, and replaces those with an eagle.

If you have fast internet connection, uninstall BO1 with BO2 DLCs and redownload both BO2 DLCs and BO1 base game. You can try and manually transfer DLCs from BO1 folder to BO2, but it's really complicated.

and no, you cannot get unbanned by support. you have to wait out your ban time, and next time when playing (with mod menus/cheats), load the game in LAN mode (the option can be found next to green PLAY button, pressing it will give you PLAY in LAN MODE (anticheat disabled)), which fully disables anticheat, and allows you to inject cheats/unsupported mod menus.

game crashes when picking up CZ75/CZ75 Dual Wield on every map expect for moon and waw maps. do not pick the CZ up, it's a known bug, with no ETA on fix.

sending in the crash file might be helpful.
try moving game files to other partition (for example, move to D drive), and tell us if you get the same error.

just avoid playing on that specific server, you'll be better off playing on other servers.

however, the fix is really simple.
open up cmd, and type in:
taskkill /f /im plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe /t
this will terminate Plutonium Bootstrapper, allowing you to relaunch BO1, which will work fine until tomorrow, and you repeat the cycle.

Artorius15 could be the unstable server hosts that are causing this issue. if the issue shows up on other games, then it's most likely either server host issue, or issue on your end.

fecalfantom what's the error message you're getting? If it is about Activision Matchmaking (error 5), it's most likely server-sided issue, because they might've not updated their server.
If it is no available sessions found, then it's most likely that a player has joined the server much quicker than you, taking up the last slot in lobby.
