abobabus yes, the game works perfectly fine in both online gameplay and in singleplayer gameplay (meant for zombies, not for singleplayer/coop campaign).

kapzalot some of the maps are limited to 4 perks. Moon, for example, does not have the perk limit.
EDIT: I think you need to look into _zombiemode.gsc and change level.perk_limit = 4 (found on CODZombies reddit).
I personally wouldn't recommend you to do this, but you do you.
and as always, use LAN mode.

Arutoshi have you launched the game with mods enabled?
if so, use either supported mods that are listed by plutonium, or use LAN mode for experimenting (works fine with cheats, fov changers and unsupported mods).
wait out your ban, because creating another one will get you a longer punishment.

Noxbean You CANNOT get banned for downloading games, however, you CAN get VAC banned from some games if you inject cheat(s) on your account (such as CS:GO), can get OW ban (for cheating/griefing in CS:GO), trade ban for scamming, and community ban for doing something malicious.

Downloading games from different sources won't cause any VAC bans.

commits you have to wait it out. Making separate accounts will make your ban longer.

basically I downloaded custom levels from SPi, and installation process is:

Copy the folders MODS and USERMAPS.

Go to: C/Users/USERNAME/AppData/Local/Activision/CoDWaW/

(USERNAME will appear as your PCs name.)
(If you can't find the appdata folder, change your windows settings to show hidden folders and files.)
(If you don't know how, you can google about it. There are surely lots of guides on it out there.)

Paste MODS and USERMAPS there.

Go back to the downloaded files of the mod.

Copy the folders MAIN, MODS and USERMAPS.

Go to: Your COD WAW root game directory where CoDWaW.exe is located.

Paste MAIN, MODS and USERMAPS there.

Start the game and select the mod from the mods menu.

You are ready to play.

derik you'd be notified about the "virus" on your PC. You can try turning it off, or just uninstalling it for the test.

derik I think many people haven't had this problem in the first place. I, personally, can launch both of the games.
Have you downloaded the game from Plutonium's website?

lukas-A might be laggy for you, but I haven't experienced a lag issue. RX 570 and i5 10400f
