C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage

You can temporarily remove them, and check if perma perks are still available.

Not possible to play older version of the game.
Modding would result in getting a ban, unless you use LAN mode.

Beta and Stable Steam builds make barely any difference.
You'd have to add Plutonium to the list of games, but it will count only on Plutonium client, and not on the games itself.

NINO_1 If you're running Steam version of the game, try repairing it via Steam.
If you're running the version provided, re-run the torrent.

Gamzk Redownload Plutonium then. It should resolve your launching problems.

Astarte* Rerun the torrent for the game under that same folder, to check the integrity of games.
In most of the cases it can fix most of the issues.

What's the error you're getting (if you're getting any)?
You could really try rebuilding the game (it doesn't take more than 10 minutes), or try redownloading launcher.

I'd advise you to try with any VPN, or use mobile data for the second player, until that gets resolved.

Bans usually come with a good reason.
You've most likely been banned for cheating, injecting mods or just using disallowed mods.
First ban is 7 days, second one is permanent.

I think userdata is stored in demonware folder, not quite sure.

Don't launch from Plutonium-Launcher-Win32.exe, launch from plutonium.exe instead.
You're missing out on updates, hence it won't launch.
If that doesn't work, redownload launcher.

You proceeded to cheat again, and got basically banned forever.
In-game reports only affect you for playing on servers.
You used disallowed programs to gain an unfair advantage over enemy players.
You can't do nothing about it.
