These launch options seemed to fix it for me, went from 20-40fps on BO1 with low graphics to 90-100fps on high "PROTON_USE_NTSYNC=1 PROTON_NO_FSYNC=1 PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 gamemoderun %command%" (just make sure to use Proton 11.0)

Anti virus ( Windows Defender or other ... ). You need to add an exception. C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Plutonium
