launch plutonium from the .exe and NOT from a pinned taskbar. when you pin the .exe while it is running, it pins just the launcher and doesn't run the updater... so your stuff is not updated

I followed this persons fix I found after digging through SOOO many forum posts, i was losing my mind but this perfectly fixed it!!

I have the same issue trying to verify my account. When I try to verify my email address, I never get the email (yes I checked spam)

Something on your PC is blocking access to the file, most likely your AV.

Buy the game on steam.

I'm pretty sure you cannot be banned by just messing with console commands. To sum it all up, you triggered the anticheat system. I wouldn't recommend trying to bypass, or your ban will automatically get 7 days extended.
