They do not accept ban appeals. Even if you do say that, how do we not know that your words are guaranteed true? Whatever you did triggered the anti-cheat they had in place. 15 days mean you were banned once, then tried to bypass it with an alternate account, which only extended your ban. If caught triggering the anti-cheat again will lead to a permanent ban.

Xerxes the hotmail one should end in @hotmail.xxx.xx (which I used for the account I’m trying to recover). The outlook one is correct (which is what I used for this account).

Pirated copies are no longer allowed. Steam files are the way to go! get the game from steam and then point plutonium to your steam game directory.

ReznovHD You need to update your launcher. Unpin it if you have it pinned.

That means it wasn't your first offense that you have been banned. The anticheat does not falsely ban you. The moment you signed up for plutonium, you agreed to their rules and if you didn't read them. This is solely on you.
