JpAllinGamer what's also the deciding factor is the support of the game. If a game has expired support (meaning it isn't supported by Activision), then Plutonium team might add the game.

Andreww01 Update your game or repair the game files as hindercanrun said, and update Plutonium launcher.

RoCH_GaMe If it does not register any VPN's available on your PC but still doesn't work, then you should perform a fresh system installation. Seriously. My friend had an issue with FiveM servers because of supposed VPN (he didn't have one), and clean reinstall fixed his problem.

Layzrrs Check if you didn't limit the resolution? Go to Display settings, Advanced display settings, Display adapter properties for Display 1 (In your case BenQ Zowie 2546K), and set it to the bottom most available.
Maybe you have a secondary display, and need to set the extended display option? Go to Display settings, Multiple displays and set Extend these displays on (make sure your 240hz monitor is the MAIN one, marked as 1).

HEISENBERG_0 you used cheats/injected mod menu/unsafe mods in game and got banned for the first time.
After that, you decided to do the same mistake, and got basically permanent ban.
There's nothing you can do about it.

PasSirOy Geforce Now is game service with which you play the game. You mean Shadowplay? Shadowplay works normally with Plutonium.
You sure you didn't use anything sketchy? Staff can probably inform you more than we could.

Isolationist If you got mobile data, try it that way. If it works, then change your Goddamn router or even ISP, just in case.

You can try with Lightshot, screenshotting with F12 (for example), is just for Steam version.

Just based off of one (not that sketchy) clip, Plutonium staff cannot really ban that guy. This is my opinion, and staff will check up on it better.

PasSirOy There was probably something messing with the game files, since from the proof I saw, there was nothing weird. Only staff can take a closer look and check.
You used any programs that change FPS, FOV, Aspect Ratio, etc? Or any mod menus?

Isolationist Try disabling Defender with DefenderControl? It might work.

FrostPL Obviously by making new account you'll prolong your ban.
You cannot get banned for joining modded servers, that's how things aren't working. You either injected a cheat, mod menu, or tweaked with something which directly injects in game.

2K_Baloo If you got banned on previous account, and then proceeded with creation of new account, that's the reason why are you still banned, yet, you got banned for longer.
NEVER create new accounts if you're banned from Plutonium. Wait out the ban, and stop cheating.
Read the Plutonium's anticheat policy.

Verrifrried Just do unlockall, and avoid leaving servers when the game ends. Wait till the new map in map rotation rolls out.
