Plutonium

Plutonium BO2 worked fine even with my poor internet service when I first got it. Now I cannot get through a game regardless of lobby. 60 fps, i7cpu, 3.4 ghz, 32g ram.
Can anyone suggest a fix??

Perhaps a no brainer, but I am trying to post a message about highly suspect players cheating
on Plutonium server games. Looking on my page but it seems there is nowhere to post. There seems to be no instructions on actually posting...a ton of rules though. Any ideas?
