try closing all programs that are running in the background (avermedia, nahimic, afterburner, etc)

install everything that's in the redist folder in your game folder
update your graphics drivers
if you have a vr headset plugged in unplug it.
verify the integrity of your system files:
Launch cmd as admin, type this command in. Once its done doing its thing, restart PC.
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Oh and also, you're not on a VM right?
