i found a fix for some maps when you download a map just open the mod folder you will see a .ff file for example: zombie_battery.ff
just copy the name zombie_battery without .ff and take the whole .ff folder to C:\Users/your username\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t5/zone
then open the game normally, load the mod, open the console and write map zombie_battery.ff and it should work but I need to say that plutonium doesn't support every maps maps like battery, Kowloon, perish are not supported
