I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and registered/verified my game ownership multiple times. I've even tried opening the game through Steam, which I prefer not to because the FPS stabilization just doesn't exist. Even tried to verify the integrity of the game files through Steam, and it says that one file is messed up and that it fixed it, but the same error keeps popping up. As a side note, I am playing on a laptop as of right now, but with my PC which I mainly play on it works just fine. Really not sure what I'm doing wrong or if its a hardware thing, idk. If someone could help out, I'd love it. I just want to suffer on Five on my little ASUS Laptop
