30 days '-'.... i was simply banned because i got my keyword wrong when i installed, i was not cheating, i didint even played one game

can someone take it off?

I was banned because I logged into my account

yesterday i installed plutonium and created my account, and then logged everything right until then.
when I started the game again, my account was not saved, I tried my password (which was correct) a few times but it gave an error, I was banned and every time I entered my password, the ban increased, i have tried registering new accounts but the ban is growing anyways, i created 5 accounts and the same error happens, my ban gets bigger and bigger,

I need help urgently
