i have port forwarded and ingame it says enabled but when my freinds try to join it says "joining game session" then nothing happens

what ip address should i port forward?is it the router ip address or my local ip,or the public ip?

Missing critical plutonium filesone of my friends just installed the game but gets the error "missing critical plutonium files"whenever he tries to launch plutonium.exe
