Plutonium

I have seen that some people say to give it 2 to 3 days and then check back to see if it fixes itself. I’ll be trying that but really just want to hear what somebody with experience has to say. Thanks in advance

BO2 T6 – stuck on “Connecting to Online Services” then “Call of Duty: Black Ops II server is not available at this time”
Console keeps looping:
• Bound DW addr to [local IP]:3074
• Bound DW port to 3074
• Hitch warning: 3781 msec frame time on main thread (sometimes, this means anything thought I should share)
LAN works. Online does not. Started after adding camo .iwi files; still happens after removing them and on a brand new account.
Already tried:
• Closed Plutonium fully / Task Manager kill leftover processes
• Waited 30s–8 min on main menu before clicking Online
• Campaign then cancel → Multiplayer then cancel → Online
• Network reset (Windows 10) + reboot
• Router power cycle (~10 min)
• Phone hotspot test (same result)
• Disabled IPv6 on Ethernet adapter
• Inbound firewall rules: TCP 3074 + UDP 3074
• Private network firewall ON (also tested OFF)
• Windows Defender real-time protection OFF (then turned back on)
• Deleted entire images folder / camo files
• Fresh Plutonium account
• Deleted Plutonium data / reinstall
• Not using VPN, Pi-hole, or Xfinity Advanced Security
• Spectrum internet + ASUS ROG 2024 Wi-Fi extender (Ethernet to PC)
• IPv4 is 192.168.x.x (not CGNAT)
• Status.plutonium pw all green
• Discord wait-on-menu advice already followed
Need help figuring out why DW bind keeps retrying and Online never completes. Please help.
