Plutonium

For legal reasons, pirated games have been discontinued in the Plutonium executable for some time now. They are no longer supported on the forum.

It's a bug that even exists on the PS3. As far as I know, there's no workaround other than the infamous "Unlock All" feature found in Plutonium executables. It's impossible to sort through BO1 and BO2.
