Plutonium

i was trying to play this game after a long time. I joined a game and it just kicked me out and said i got banned for 6 days, then i created another account cause i thought it was a mistake but it just made a further ban and now i got 13 days.
i've never used hacks, mod menus or whatever, can somebody help me pls
