frosty it because the game official bank system doesnt work on all the servers but works fine in solo and custom matches

@lResxt thanks the Scptoolkit worked now i can finally play plutonium with a PS3 controller thank you soo much

direct X installed and the redist is installed tried reinstalling DX tried reinstalling the whole game for repacks i never used except fitgirl(and i never downloaded the DX from the fitgirl installer) the game is installed from the plutonium torrent file this error started coming after a windows update updated windows even more and still doesnt work so IS there ANY way to fix this error?
