Anyone please help me get my fps higher i usually get 15-20 and i cant play multiplayer good nor zombies anyone please tell me fixes to this or methods to boost my fps ( i already have my settings low )

can anyone help me recently using mod menu can get me banned but what if i use it in singleplayer zombies alone to have fun? I won't use it in multiplayer
I just wanna know if it will still ban me or no

my pc specs are 12 GB RAM intel hd 3000 32 vram
intel core i5 2520M 2.50 GHz

and if it runs what is the average fps rate i will get? please help me guys
