Plutonium

I gave up trying to play plutonium a long time ago because it claimed "VPN is not allowed" when I never used one. I came back yesterday, played a couple matches just fine, so I figured they fixed that garbage problem, but then I try to play today, and every single server I try to join just kicks me instantly for "vpns are not allowed", again when I don't have one. This is so pathetic. You cannot control someone's connection so badly to the point where if they have like 1 ping more than desired, they get kicked.

And before it gets copy pasted here like it has in ALL the other posts about this issue, yes it is a problem with plutonium. I guess my friends and I are still not going to use this or make content of it... shame.

First let me say our VPN is not even my decision. It was forced on all of us in the house and is installed on the router. Second, why would you NOT allow a vpn? They protect your information from outsiders. They allow safe traffic. I literally can't play any servers on plutonium because of this. There is absolutely 0 reason to not allow vpn users. So dumb.

I don't know why S&D is so hated in the cod community, it's like the only good mode. At least the best mode, that is. I got plutonium in hopes of playing it, since normal BO2 just has people playing tdm, but it seems it's the same story here.. I really wish people would setup some S&D servers (also the only damn map people play is nuketown.. such a bad map..)

So I just downloaded Plutonium because I miss BO2. First thing I notice is there is no sound. Yes, I only have one device enabled for my sound in Windows, yes it's set to default, yes my drivers are up to date. There is no setting ingame to change devices. I can't find answers on google. Please help.
