Plutonium

so i just downloaded the game 2 days again and it worked fine. today I opened the game and when I went to online it showed "connecting to online services" so I waited for about 5 minutes and nothing happened, so I just joined from the home screen (using f10) and I joined a server but as I was joining the server it like froze and got me back to the home screen saying "challenge verification failed" and the frames dropped to about 1-2 fps as the notification showed and i couldn't really do anything so i shut the game and restarted it but after restarting the same thing happened after some more attempts doing the same thing a notification popped up saying "UI error 7562" and i tried starting bo2 zombies too but again the same thing happened does anyone know how to fix this i really love the game and want to play it

Please help in having the same issue dont know what to do, the issue is the game runs fine in the start but as soon as i connect to a server it shows the error "Challenge Verifaction Failed" and the game goes to 1 - 2 fps
