I launch bo2 from steam and when i click server browser theres no servers?? I'm guessing the servers are just down but i'm not sure?

Murph In the other tab it says "no server configuration file"

There were no servers appearing in the list, and everytime I click refresh it shows the cancel refresh button for like 0.1 seconds and then goes back to the refresh button. still not showing any servers?? help?
