Error while downloading file bin/WebCore.dll: context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout or context cancellation while reading body)

i am having a problem, after i downloaded piry and launched it and finished downloading, i tried to launch plutonium and it opened cmd and said Failed to fetch info: Get "https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/prod.json": dial tcp: lookup cdn.plutonium.pw: no such host
