How to get a torrent to start downloading? (stalled)
First of all restart your PC
If it's still stalled then try to right click on the torrent inside the torrent client and click "Reannounce" (or an equivalent).
If after a few minutes there is no change then your ISP (Internet Service Provider) is probably blocking torrents.
In that case either buy the game/DLC on Steam to download from Steam or use a paid VPN that supports P2P/torrenting like Mullvad VPN.
