Plutonium

My friend and I just setup bo2 and played a single custom match and hopped off. We come back a bit later to play some World at War to find that he was banned. He had no hacks/anything that could've triggered the anti cheat. We don't want to wait a week to play zombies because of a ban that has no reason to be there. please help us fix this.
