I HAVE SOLVED IT. There seemed to be an issue with steam, i did not have bo2 installed in steam, but deleting steam completely from my pc worked for some reason.
Thank you again

Dss0 ok, I'll try that out this afternoon. In the connect command he should put my public IP and I imagine it's executed in the console right?
Thank you
So i know this aint no new error, but i followed the guide, searched on the internet, read every topic on this forum about this, and i still cant fix it.
So first of all, in my router config theres no UpNp option, i literally found some guy with the exact same router and he did have the option, but i dont. Because of this, i have tried the port forwarding option. I did it successfully, also my IPS uses CGNAT so in order to port forward i requested to leave it by paying 1$ a month. Heres how my port forward looks like:
Idk what tf is the "WAN Host Ip Address" setting, but online i saw people leave it blank like i did.
Once i did the forwarding, my NAT type changed to open, like we can see here:
But, my friend is still unable to join. I must say, hes from the same ISP as i am, and hes still in the CGNAT. Just saying, idk if it matters at all or not. So im writing this because idk what else i can try.
Thanks in advance
