Hello, I installed plutonium t6, but no sound comes out in the game, I tried to install directx but there were no changes, and the "sound device" option does not appear in my game even though I install "full game", any tips ?

i stopped using my computer about 4 months ago, when i started playing again, the game simply it when i try to enter a zombie online (only online) game, the game loads the normal screen, but after about 5 minutes "server disconnected" appears.
after that when I click on F10 the servers do not appear, even resetting, the only way to return the servers is to close and return, but this is useless, since my game closes on online zombie server, any tips or direct explanation?
