even i was on solo mode not online but is there a way i can play he bo2 mods on the offline mode is there?

well sorry for cheating but i learned my lesson then and i will tell you what mod i was using it was this mod i was using bo2 hells vengeance v4 pc but sorry

so thats why so i am not allowed to use the mods on there
