I tried to fix this but it wont let me fix my picture and this started today when i got in to zombies online so can you fix it for me and it want this picture back way i had it before and when i play it it hurts my eyes to play it bc everything is close up and big.

When i play multiplayer and zombies on black ops 2 my mouse i cant control the head of my player on the zombies and the multiplayer and i cant control it so you can fix it to pls i really cant control it at all

while i was playing mob of the dead on black ops 2 i was doing just fine till my game crashed and keeps freezing me on with a black screen so do you guys know the problem is from it doing it to me?
