I tried to fix this but it wont let me fix my picture and this started today when i got in to zombies online so can you fix it for me and it want this picture back way i had it before and when i play it it hurts my eyes to play it bc everything is close up and big.

Nightmare Fred looks like your fov is set really low? change the fov via the console:
cg_fov 90 -
how do i do that and what command do i use to reset it back
