You're making this way harder than it has to be
Your error is because YOU installed/directed the launcher to broken files
There is no ownership verification or whatever like I explained with simple words: verify your game files in the Steam app, not on our forum

The game files you are using are broken and you fail to understand anything too so that's a you issue
If you simply downloaded the game from Steam and pointed the launcher to it you wouldn't have these issues

im pretty sure you can specify the game path when running in lan mode, workdir should be the plutonium directory that contains the bin folder
then you'd run it as bin\plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe t6mp "gamedir" -lan

aside from that plutonium.exe supports the -install-dir flag

haker915534 use the official documentation on the plutonium.pw website. it'll tell you the correct way to do things. t6r has been a no no for a while... youtube videos are not the best way to learn to do things sometimes 🙂
