i do not have that file but i have deleted literally everything trace of plutonium and redownloaded it all and it still doesnt work just the same error code and still wont load up on steam

please reply if you have any other suggestions thanks

cant open steam version of bo2 and when i open pluto and try load bo2 i get this erorr..... 0xc000007b
