Modern Warfare 2019 was made like 3 years ago and still brings a crazy amount of money how do you think Activision would let this go?
Plus the game is on Battle net which makes it very hard to work with
Also I don't think the team wants to work for a huge amount of months (or even more than a year) just to bring back a map on what's an awful mode: Battle Royale
Maybe WZ2 will have events or a mode with Verdansk, but a client for Verdansk won't happen any time soon, if it ever happens
