Plutonium

every time I go to download a new map through the plutonium downloader in the game, i get sent to a checkerboard loading screen where the game instantly crashes because it could not find the file it hasn't even downloaded yet. This is happening to my friends as well.

I accidentally messed up and maxed out my level to where no matter what i do i cant reset it. I just wanna level up normally but i cant. any way to reset my save data so i can start fresh?
