whenever my friend starts up bo2 it will only say "fastflie code_pre_zm" on the console. The game will start up after 5-10 min and whenever we get into a game he crashes in the loading screen any help? he is using a hard drive if that helps is anyway and we have tried repairing the game and reinstalling
